1. Promoter

The promoter of the Dream Raffle 2026 is The Reach For A Dream Foundation, a registered non-profit organisation and registered society with the National Lotteries Commission.

The raffle is conducted for the purpose of raising funds to support the work of The Reach For A Dream Foundation, which inspires hope and fulfils dreams for children who are fighting life-threatening illnesses.

2. Name of Raffle

The raffle shall be known as the Reach For A Dream Foundation Dream Raffle 2026.

3. Ticket Price

The ticket price is R200.00 per ticket.

Each ticket purchased gives the participant one entry into the draw.

4. Eligibility

The raffle is open to persons who are legally permitted to enter a raffle in South Africa.

Employees, directors, trustees, auditors, service providers, suppliers directly involved in the administration of the raffle, and their immediate family members may not enter the raffle.

The Reach For A Dream Foundation reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before awarding a prize.

5. Draw Date, Time and Venue

The draw will take place on:

Time: 1:00pm
Venue: Lazarus Motors Jetour Dealership

The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

6. Prizes

The prizes for the Dream Raffle 2026 are as follows:

First Prize: Jetour T2 Aspire Vehicle

The first prize is a Jetour T2 Aspire vehicle, which will be supplied to the winner in black.

The vehicle prize is awarded as supplied by the sponsor and/or dealer.

The winner will be responsible for all costs relating to the prize that are not expressly included, including but not limited to:

• Insurance costs;

• Registration costs;

• Licensing costs;

• Any related administration, delivery, or on-road costs not covered by the sponsor.

The Reach For A Dream Foundation will not be responsible for any insurance, registration, licensing, maintenance, fuel, fines, warranties outside of the applicable manufacturer or dealer terms, or any further costs relating to the vehicle after the prize has been awarded.

Second Prize: Cruise Prize

The second prize is a cruise prize as set out in the official prize letter issued by the sponsor.

Should the cruise prize be redeemed, the winner must adhere to all terms and conditions contained in the prize letter.

The sponsor’s terms and conditions will apply, including but not limited to booking procedures, travel dates, exclusions, expiry dates, availability, documentation, visas, passports, travel insurance, taxes, transfers, flights, gratuities, drinks, excursions, and any other items not expressly included in the prize letter.

The Reach For A Dream Foundation will not be responsible for any additional costs, travel arrangements, exclusions, or conditions attached to the cruise prize.

Third Prize: Avanti Coffee Prize

The third prize is a coffee redemption prize sponsored by Avanti.

The winner will receive 1kg of coffee per month for the period specified by the sponsor.

The prize is subject to Avanti’s redemption process, availability, and applicable sponsor terms and conditions.

7. Prize Conditions

All prizes are awarded as stated.

No prize may be exchanged for cash.

No prize is transferable to another person.

No substitution, refund, cash equivalent, or alternative prize will be provided.

The Reach For A Dream Foundation shall not be liable for any prize that cannot be redeemed due to the winner’s failure to comply with the relevant terms and conditions, deadlines, eligibility requirements, travel requirements, or sponsor requirements.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when purchasing the raffle ticket.

If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period, or fails to provide the required documentation, The Reach For A Dream Foundation reserves the right to draw an alternative winner, subject to applicable laws and NLC requirements.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and any additional information reasonably required to verify their entry and eligibility.

9. Claiming of Prizes

Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions provided by The Reach For A Dream Foundation and/or the relevant prize sponsor.

Failure to claim a prize within the required period, or failure to comply with the relevant prize conditions, may result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. Use of Winner Information

By entering the raffle, participants agree that The Reach For A Dream Foundation may contact them for purposes relating to the raffle.

Winners may be requested to participate in publicity, photographs, announcements, or media related to the Dream Raffle 2026. Such participation will be subject to the winner’s consent where required.

Personal information will be used only for purposes connected to the raffle, prize administration, verification, communication, and compliance with applicable laws.

11. Responsibility and Liability

The Reach For A Dream Foundation will take reasonable steps to ensure that the raffle is conducted fairly and in accordance with applicable requirements.

The Reach For A Dream Foundation will not be liable for:

• Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by an entrant;

• Lost, delayed, duplicated, or invalid entries;

• Failure by a winner to comply with prize terms and conditions;

• Any costs not expressly included in the prize;

• Any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the acceptance, use, or redemption of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Right to Amend

The Reach For A Dream Foundation reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the raffle where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Any amendments will be communicated where reasonably possible.

13. Compliance

The Dream Raffle 2026 will be conducted in accordance with the approved raffle application, the rules submitted to the National Lotteries Commission, and applicable South African laws and regulations.

By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and terms and conditions.
